Welcome to the public documentary record of the Denebolian Republic. Gathered here are the founding and governing instruments of our nation and its place within the Denebolian Accord — the Constitution and its amendments, the declarations and orders that established our worlds, the treaties and agreements concluded with our neighbours, and the directives through which the Republic is governed. Together they form the written foundation on which the Republic stands: the law of our people, the record of our commitments, and the memory of the decisions that shaped who we are. Each document is preserved here in full for every citizen to read, for transparency is the first duty a free Republic owes to those it serves.
Denebolian Accord
In page linked to the button "View the Denebolian Accord" you can find a full text of latest enacted version of Denebolian Accord. Accord is signed by currently acting leaders of respective member nations. Such signature is valid until new Accord update is presented, regardless of nations leadership changes due to possible elections.
Accord is usually updated every 3 or 4 years. Such duration fits with election terms in democratic nations included in this treaty. However it is not mandatory to adhere to such time durations as request for updating and subsequentual updated Accord may be presented at any time.
Denebolian Constitution
The Denebolian Republic is governed under a written Constitution, the supreme law of the Republic from which all other Denebolian law derives. Born from the Civilian Reform that returned authority to elected government, it establishes the branches of state, the rights of every person within the Republic, and the framework for citizenship, immigration, and criminal law.

Denebolian Bill of Rights
The Constitution guarantees a core set of fundamental rights to every person under the Republic's authority, citizen or not — among them the right to life and security, freedom from torture, freedom of expression, privacy, a fair trial, equality, and free healthcare. Citizens hold these rights together with additional political rights, such as the right to vote, to stand for office, to social security, and to bear arms under fitness conditions. These guarantees meet or exceed the human-rights standards the Republic upholds under Article IV of the Denebolian Accord.

Denebolian Declarations
Gathered here are the Declarations of the Denebolian Republic — the founding instruments by which our civilian worlds are called into being. By Declaration of the Office of the President, a world surveyed and found fit for civilian life is named, designated to its purpose, and granted a civilian colonial administration under Denebolian law. Each Declaration marks the moment a distant world becomes a home: not a garrison held, but a colony settled, with citizens, a voice, and a future within the Republic. Together they are the record of the Republic's peaceful growth across the stars.
THE ARVENE DECLARATION [DHS-0622/36]

Whereas the world designated Gamma [ID: P3R-23S], reached and surveyed by SHIELD and resurveyed by STARS, has been found mild, fertile, and suited to agriculture and civilian life;
Whereas the Republic, following its civilian reform and the Declaration of Denebolian Space Territories, resolves to settle its space with civilian colonies rather than mere garrisons;
Whereas the world's former purpose as a military evacuation outpost is no longer required;
It is hereby declared:
- The world Gamma [ID: P3R-23S] is designated planet Arvenia, a world for civilian and agricultural development.
- Its temporary military designation is retired, and henceforth it shall be known in all records as Arvenia - save its capital settlement, which shall retain the name Gamma Nova in remembrance of the world's first purpose.
- A civilian colonial administration shall be instituted as its permanent population warrants.
- STARS is charged with world's agricultural reformation (panthaforminig) and colonisation, and the MInistry of Culture & Agriculture with its agricultural development.

THE DELTA DECLARATION [DHS-0622/29]

Whereas the world designated Delta [ID: P4F-882], discovered and surveyed by SHIELD, has been found rich in minerals and of great importance to the Republic's future;
Whereas the Republic requires a heart for its new spacefaring industry - a forge of ships, materiel, and construction;
It is hereby declared:
- The world Delta [ID: P4F-882] is designated planet Uniqa Delta, a world for mineral-resource processing and space-related construction.
- A civilian colonial administration shall be instituted, in partnership with the industrial concerns and STARS logistics.
- STARS is charged with colonisation and construction infrastructure, and the Ministry of Finance & Commerce with its industrial and commercial development.
- Recognising the harshness of the world, the Republic shall invest to secure the welfare of tis workers and their families.

THE VESTIAN DECLARATION [DHS-0523/15]

Whereas the world designated Olga [ID: NA21], reached in 2019, has been found by survey ideal for civilian life by its atmosphere, geography, flora, and fauna;
Whereas the Republic desires a world of open settlement and common life - a home for its citizens and for the lawful peoples of the Republic and the Accord alike;
It is hereby declared:
- The world Olga [ID: NA21] is designated planet Vestia, a world for sicvilian settlement and cultural community.
- A civilian colonial administration shal be instituted.
- Vestia shall be open to lawful settlers and to those undertaking the process of naturalisation, serving as a world of common life among the poples of the Republic and the Accord.
- STARS is charged with its colonisation and infrastructure; the Ministry if Internal Affairs with settlement and naturalisation; and the Ministry of Culture & Agriculture with its civic and cultural life.
